My name is Carl Craig, not Kurl Crane. I was born in South Carolina to an American Soldier and a Japanese mother. I went to Spring Valley High School in Columbia, South Carolina and graduated from the University of South Carolina on a 4-Year Air Force ROTC Pilot Scholarship. I served twenty years in the Air Force and Air Force Reserves as a Pilot and retired in 2000. I also retired from the Department of Homeland Security as a federal law enforcement officer in 2006. I am married to a wonderful woman named Emily and I have four wonderful children: Michael (38), Matthew (35), Evelyn (13), and Cathleen (8). I also have a grandson Ciro Anthony, who is 2.

I have attended many Gamera and “Kaiju” conventions, and I am always interested in attending others.
