After graduating from college, I attend USAF Undergraduate Pilot Training (UPT) at Columbus AFB, Mississippi. I earned my USAF Wings in November 1979 and went to F-4 Phantom training in 1980. In 1982, I returned to Training Command as a T-38 Instructor Pilot. I served for 20 Years and retired from the USAF Reserves in 2000. In 1986, I separated from the active USAF and started as a U.S. Customs (later DHS) Pilot. In my USCS/DHS Career, I held very interesting jobs as an advisor to President George Herbert Walker Bush and William Jefferson Clinton. The pinnacle of my law enforcement career was assisting in the capture of the Beltway Sniper in 2002. I retired from DHS in 2006. I started my career in the Business Development (BD) world as the Director of Government Sales at Agusta Westland Helicopter and later moved to Cessna as a Vice President for Government Sales. After 10 years in the BD world, I started my own business and recently fully retired in January of 2022. I have a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science, and a Master of Science in Management Science. I am also a graduate of the Federal Executive Institute.
